C’est 2e Provinciale C, Luxembourg, Hommes l’une des ligues amateurs nationales et provinciales du football belge. Cette compétition est organisée par la RBFA / RBFA, Voetbal Vlaanderen ou ACFF. Au cours de la saison, 2024/2025 les clubs s’affrontent dans un format de compétition fixe, dans le but de terminer aussi haut que possible au classement.

La compétition se compose de 14 équipes et se joue selon un système de promotion et de relégation. Les matchs ont généralement lieu de septembre à juin, couvrant ainsi une saison complète de football.
